Toxic algae and what you need to look out for

Cawthron Institute scientist Dr Susie Wood is a world expert in cyanobacteria (also known as toxic or blue-green algae). This type of algae is a particular risk for small children and dogs.
In this video Dr Wood talks about toxic algae in New Zealand rivers and what we need to look out for to keep ourselves safe.
