Fine-tuning of emissions trading policies recommended

Jim Sinner, Cawthron’s group manager of Sustainable Business, is the lead author of a scoping report on the environmental effects of the Government’s proposed emissions trading scheme.  The report notes a range of both positive and negative potential effects, and recommends fine-tuning the scheme and other complementary measures to address the potential adverse effects.
