Cawthron recipe created by Peta Mathias - 'Cawthron Oysterleekie Supreme'.

As part of the official oyster nursery opening (Wednesday 10 June), chef and author Peta Mathias created an oyster recipe 'Cawthron Oysterleekie Supreme'.  The warming dish was prepared by the students of the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology Cookery School, and served to guests who attended the function.
