Tim joined Cawthron in 2019 as the Chief People Officer. He sits on the senior leadership team and is responsible for delivering organisation-wide impact through the HR, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Sustainability functions at Cawthron.

Tim has extensive Human Resources experience in complex environments. He has a keen interest in building capability, organisational development, change management and sustainable business. Tim qualified as a solicitor and specialised in employment law. Tim has taught various employment law and HR related university courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
