Role at Cawthron

Ron was the section head of the Microbiology laboratory from 1993 to January 2016. Ron will continue to provide technical advice to customers and will be available for specified projects and consultancy services.

Technical skills, experience and interests

• Resolution of microbiological issues in processing and in finished products 
• Development of shelf-life trials, challenge testing, and probiotic verification of natural products
• Set up of laboratory systems to comply with international accreditation requirements throughout the Pacific
