Helena is an Environmental Scientist in the Healthy Oceans group’s Environmental Interactions team. She focuses on monitoring and assessing the effects of contaminants discharged into estuarine and coastal environments from a range of industries, including wastewater treatment plants, ports, and aquaculture facilities. She also leads ecological impact assessments and supports consent applications. Helena has experience working in the environmental field for more than 20 years, in Sweden, Norway, and New Zealand.
