Malindi Gammon
Invasion Ecologist
Role at Cawthron
Malindi works in the Invasion Ecology and Management Team at Cawthron. Her research interests include ecological physiology and environmental modelling, and their application to spatial risk assessments and decision-support tools. This includes anticipating and mitigating threats across a broad range of species, from endangered marine megafauna (sea turtles) to invasive invertebrates and algae. Malindi has experience across a range of temperate and tropical marine ecosystems in Australia and New Zealand.
