Cawthron Laboratories has been named as Services winner by Natural Health Products New Zealand as part of their annual ‘Suppliers of the Year’ awards. 

These awards recognise excellence within the vital services sector of the natural health products industry. Members vote for suppliers who have made a significant contribution to their business or the sector, and according to the organisers, the nominators did not hold back with their glowing praise.  

Cawthron Laboratories has provided trusted testing services to New Zealand’s food and natural products sector for over 40 years, helping customers meet food safety and export requirements. The judges were inspired and impressed by the nominations received for Cawthron, which commented on our flexibility, technical knowledge, speed and accuracy, and approachability. 

Cawthron Laboratories Manager Paul Parker said the award recognised Cawthron’s commitment to going above and beyond with excellent customer service. 

“I’m really proud that the natural health products industry recognised us in this way. It’s great to know our customers agree our total quality offering sets us apart and even in these tough economic times, they see the value this adds to their businesses.” 

When awarding Cawthron Laboratories the Service winner, the judges said it was a whole team call out for Cawthron. 

“This award demonstrates that all of our people exemplify excellent customer service – no matter who you deal with in our labs, you will receive the same high level of service to meet the unique needs of your business. I’d like to acknowledge our team for their fantastic contribution,” said Parker. 

Natural Health Products New Zealand is the industry body for Aotearoa New Zealand’s natural health and complementary products sector, representing the industry’s interests locally and abroad.
